  • Water Temperature: 91°C
  • Target Brew Time: 2:30–2:45

Here is the step-by-step recipe:-

  • Rinse the filter with hot water.
  • Add 15g ground coffee and level the bed.
  • Start your timer.
  • Pour 70g water slowly and bloom for 45 seconds.
  • Pour the second 70g slowly and evenly.
  • Pour the final 70g slightly faster.
  • Allow the coffee to drain naturally.
  • Target a brew time of 2:30–2:45.
  • Swirl and serve.
