Here is the step-by-step recipe:-
- Rinse the filter with hot water.
- Add 15g ground coffee and level the bed.
- Start your timer.
- Pour 70g water slowly and bloom for 45 seconds.
- Pour the second 70g slowly and evenly.
- Pour the final 70g slightly faster.
- Allow the coffee to drain naturally.
- Target a brew time of 2:30–2:45.
- Swirl and serve.
