  • Grind Size: 480 microns (medium-fine)
  • Brew Ratio: 1:16
  • Total Brew Water: 165g
  • Ice: 75g
  • Water Temperature: 94°C
  • Target Brew Time: 2:30–2:35

Here is the step-by-step recipe:-

  • Place 75g ice into your serving vessel.
  • Rinse the filter with hot water.
  • Add 15g ground coffee and level the bed.
  • Start your timer.
  • Pour 55g water slowly in circular motions and bloom for 45 seconds.
  • Pour the second 55g slowly and evenly.
  • Pour the final 55g slowly, maintaining a flat coffee bed.
  • Allow the coffee to draw down completely.
  • Target a total brew time of 2:30–2:35.
  • Swirl gently and serve over ice.
