Here is the step-by-step recipe:-
- Place 75g ice into your serving vessel.
- Rinse the filter with hot water.
- Add 15g ground coffee and level the bed.
- Start your timer.
- Pour 55g water slowly in circular motions and bloom for 45 seconds.
- Pour the second 55g slowly and evenly.
- Pour the final 55g slowly, maintaining a flat coffee bed.
- Allow the coffee to draw down completely.
- Target a total brew time of 2:30–2:35.
- Swirl gently and serve over ice.
